Walmart Supercenter

Soooo many kind & Hard working employees but at the same time many employees that just don’t care. SEVERAL of these items were ROTTEN and the shelves were DISGUSTING. 🤢 You would think management would do rounds to assure these areas were properly cleaned by the end of the day. This store WAS AMAZING at one time. Not anymore! VERY DISAPPOINTING! Not sure if management & supervisors have changed but this is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. This store has been going DOWNHILL since last year. SMH. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽. Our community deserves BETTER. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I enjoy shopping in this store. Today I saw 75% off of Halloween items and 50% off Halloween candy. Saw a big selection on cozy winter PJs for a very reasonable price. Get ready for the holidays that are just around the corner with fresh new home decor and clothing. This store is clean and highly organized. The cashier that I had was super friendly and brought a smile to my otherwise tough day.

Used to be my favorite Walmart....now...so many visits to this Walmart has not been a good experience. Lots of young folks running around causing a scene.....wanting attention I suppose. Not the kind of shopping experience I want. Staff is pretty darn rude. The nicest employees are the curbside people who bring your order out.

I have been at Walmart Supercenter on Allen Rd, Peoria for over 2 hours to get my pickup order! If I hadn’t already been charged for my groceries I would just leave. I understand there may be higher volume today due to New Year’s Eve tomorrow but at this point the store manager on duty and supervisors should get off their butts and help with the backlog! My word, some of the workers are knocking on windows trying to find the customers. Assuming those people left in disgust. SMH! But I’m in for the long haul after waiting so long! My items better still be cold/frozen!!! My last pickup order from here!!!

First my order was delayed. I was thankfully in the store waiting anyways when I received the notification, my order was ready for pick up, it said 3 items could not be found. I decided just to check really quick before heading to my car. Two items were fully stocked just in a locked case, to me, that shows pure laziness and lack of effort. The third item wasn’t in stock but the replacement was and I had to grab that as well. It doesn’t end there because when I get to the curb side parking spot I check in on my app. I ended up sitting for AT LEAST 20 minutes along with other customers. I ended up having to call and I’m told they are short staffed (totally get it) but when it sounds like a party over the phone with voices and I’m MOCKED by a second employee about how I said “thank you”.
