Walmart Supercenter

Auto oil change department is the worst. All the time they play games so they wouldn’t take customers. They give excuses or lies all the time this is the most excuses they say so they will drive the customer away. : 1- we don’t carry the oil filter for your car. 2- changing oil it will take you 3 to 4 hours. 3- No walk in only appointments. Walmart management until now they can’t control the auto department and have employees that has light bulbs. Very frustrating and disappointing and embarrassing. In the picture you will see they have one car only in the bay and still he can’t take my car for oil change!!!!!

I want to share my good experience with an employee at Walmart. Her name is Mary Muradi. She is very kind and helpful. Every time I see her, she smiles and says hello. Mary helps customers with patience. When I cannot find something, she shows me where it is. She listens carefully and answers questions clearly. She makes shopping easy and comfortable. She works very hard and is always busy, but she still takes time to help people. I think she is a very good employee. Walmart is lucky to have her. Thank you, Mary, for your great service.

Ah, Wal-Mart, the bastion of all of our moderately priced essentials. I have been going to this Wal-Mart for well over 20 years and I have not seen any monumental changes. However as of a couple weeks ago, I was surprised to learn that they are no-longer offering plastic bags at this location. What I received instead, was a basic paper bag, with no handles. I asked the cashier what the deal was, and she said “The manager wanted our location to be more environmentally friendly, so they stopped ordering the plastic bags and ordered the paper bags.” Friendly or not, I was still charged $0.10 Cents for each paper bag. I wanted to buy this bike for my son. I had to locate an associate to ask for help. He said to ring the bell. I rang the bell ans waited 10 minutes. I pushed the button again. Its the holidays and I know people are busy. I waited 10 more minutes. I finally stopped another associate that happened to walk by the bike section and asked for help. I was told to go up to customer service and ask fir help so I did. Then I waited 10 more minutes and pushed the button again but still nobody came to help. I would have wheeled the bike up to the cashier but they are locked to the rack. I will buy my son a bicycle and I will probably pay more money. But I will not shop here again. Good luck everyone.

Great customer service, I visited the store today and a girl named Mary really stood out to me. She really helped me find the stuff I was unable to find without her. She welcomed me with a charming smile and great attitude. Awesome job Mary🤩🤩🤩
