Walmart Supercenter

I normally never leave reviews for Walmart locations, but I needed to give this shoutout because it turns out you can only leave survey feedback from your purchase receipt within 7 days, and today was day 8 of me finally sitting down to it (I tried calling, but the person didn’t know what to suggest). Both Celia and Travis, employees at this location, went above and beyond to help me find a cardboard gingerbread house for our 1 and 3 year olds for Christmas. On my app, it was showing in stock, but I was unable to locate it after speaking with 2 employees. Several locations near our house were selling out of them quick, and the online listings didn’t even have a sku (this made things challenging). I usually don’t leave reviews but yesterday I was looking for a certain fuggler toy keychain that I could not find even though it showed a specific aisle. I stopped an employee JT or JC (he has glasses) who was coming out from the back room. I asked him about it. He helped me. He went to ask an associate in electronics. His scanner showed the back room. He went to check. I waited. He came back about 5 mins later. There was one left. It showed they had more because those keychains have the same sku number but different characters. I work in customer service so great customer service deserves recognition. Thank u.

We like to go to the neighborhood walmart when we just need a grocery item or 2. We can quickly get whatever we need & check out. There is hardly ever an actual person checking you out, only self check out registers. But other than that it's painless. & the gas station is usually decently priced & they have diesel.

On Friday, the 16th, at 4 PM, I had a terrible experience at the Walmart located at 11210 Potranco and 1604. Two weeks ago, I bought a blender on sale for a very good price. When I took it out of the box, I realized it had a manufacturing defect. So I decided to go to Walmart to exchange it. At customer service, we told the young woman that we just wanted to exchange it for another one in good condition, but she decided to refund the money onto one of their Walmart gift cards. After she finished doing that, she told us that we would have to pay the regular price for a replacement, which was absurd since it was a defect in their product, and we only wanted another one in good condition. The PHARMACY is the most unorganized and rude staff you can possibly deal with! If you want your medication on time and to speak to an understanding staff do not go there! If a manager is not understanding and their answer is, we’ll go somewhere else that tells you all you need to know.
