Walmart Supercenter

Had enough of ordering groceries delivered from this store. Almost every order over the last several months has had items missing or damaged that they charged me for. Have to request a refund them go purchase them elsewhere. I ordered groceries yesterday to arrive this morning from 7-9am. At 8:40am I received a message that they would be over an hour late. I rescheduled to 3-5pm since I would not be home at that time of day. Just received my groceries at 9:50 pm! Milk is expired by more than 2 weeks and warm, frozen veggies are completely thawed and not cold at all, missing 4 items I was charged for. Where were my groceries stored during all this time. Impossible to actually call the store and speak with someone in customer service. Tired of paying a monthly fee for horrible service along

EVERYONE in this location needs to get trained again. Can't believe I got attitude from Electronics, deli and cashier. And I promise you, I was being as kind and patient as I could be. I felt like I might've been overreacting by feeling the way I do but then I read the rest of the reviews and it seems like a lot of people feel the same way I do. Do better!

I am writing to the manager of the Walmart on Cattleman Rd. I have been using this Walmart for 8 years. The store is disorganized, and there are very frequent shortages of certain items. For example is bottled water that often is not not available and shelves are often empty. And if there are a couple of bottles on the top shelf, not possible to take them off as they lie high and far on shelves.There are also problems with vegetables. sometimes one is missing, sometimes another one. The vegetable shelves are disorganized. For comparison the Walmart on Bee Ridge Rd. The water shelves there are always fully stocked, and they always have the water needed. ​I am beyond frustrated with the service I received from T-Mobile and the OSL people at Walmart. I was quoted $15 to add an emergency line for my son while my wife was in the hospital, but T-Mobile insisted on $35. When I asked to cancel that specific line because of the price hike, a representative mistakenly canceled my entire account. ​This error instantly killed my cell service and my home fiber, cutting off my only link to my wife and her doctors. When I called for help, a representative named Adrian refused to put a supervisor on the line, and instead of being able to go to the hospital to be with my wife, I was forced to spend over three hours in a physical T-Mobile store with my children. Horrible customer service. Yamilet wasn’t able to understand my question and communicate. 0% desire to find a solution or help a customer. She showed no intent to try to help me even if she didn’t know the answer. Her answer to my question was “i dont know” and she was hoping to get rid of me because she barely understands English. This walmart gradually got worse over the last few years. Many employees in the store don’t understand English and are not helpful to the customers to the point that you simply give up on asking them anything. Please don’t keep people at the customer service who don’t want to help people because of THEIR LUCK OF ENGLISH KNOWLEDGE.
