Walmart Supercenter

I have ordered grocery pick up from this location for several years, but this will be my last time. The past 5 experiences I have received moldy produce. I'm not sure why they are not checking to see if produce is bad when it's on the floor as well as when it's being picked to fulfill online orders. This is just gross! It's a waste of money and my time when I have dinner planned but can't cook it because I received moldy ingredients 🤢

The service department is seriously lacking in customer service. While I appreciate that prices are lower for things like tire and oil changes, I don't like that the online scheduling system-though convenient seemingly doesn't support person to person service. On two occasions now I feel like I have had to babysit my appointments. I ordered tires and when I got the scheduled arrival date I also set up an installment time. Mind you they will not install anything but 4 tires at a time. so if only three come in you have to wait for the 4th one and you have to track it and you have to call and re-schedule if they aren't there even though they are getting the tires in and even though they can see there is an appointment that may need to be changed. I'm here on vacation and left a very important cord at home to my cpap. I went here hoping to find something that may suffice. We ran into Tommy because we could not find the charger we were looking for. He showed us where they were, but they were out. He had no idea why I needed it, but he scanned it to see when or if they had any in the back, when others would have stopped at showing us the empty shelf. Not only did he do that, he went to the back and checked two different areas. Keeping us updated between the searches. He was so kind and upset for us when he had to tell us they were not in the back either. He was beyond kind in a world that is lacking. It's the little things that make huge impacts. This is a very busy walmart. I mean how can it not be considering where its located. I'll in all its a nice walmart. Not a fan of the time share people but I just ignore them. Actually they haven't been all up in your space in a good while. Anyway, I found what I needed and went on my way. No complaints
