If you ever want to see how a multi-billion-dollar corporation can mistreat an ordinary family over something as simple as a return, look no further than the Spokane N Colton St Walmart. On Dec 8, 2025, I tried to return an unopened, factory-sealed set of snow chains I ordered online (Order # ending in 9279). Walmart’s own app clearly marked them as returnable, offered this store as a drop-off location, and showed a valid return window. Yet somehow, the staff here acted like I was trying to commit fraud. I was: • Accused of zip-tying the package shut (Walmart shipped it that way). • Told that a handwritten, taped-up sign saying “ALL SNOW CHAIN SALES ARE FINAL” overruled Walmart’s actual official return policy. • Ignored when I showed them the proof on the app. • Escalated to a manager w

I recently moved and have been doing the grocery pick up from this location. I did the same at the Walmart on Broadway in the valley for years and never once did I get an order and they marked something as “shopped” and charged me for it when it wasn’t there. Twice in the last 6 weeks there have been items that they said were in my order and they were not, it’s not an item that is likely to be out of stock, and if it was, I’d rather they just mark it as such. Thankfully I have been able to get my money back and they weren’t particularly expensive items, but for this to happen twice in such a short period of time when I went years without it happening at another location is disappointing.

Your employees need to pull their pants up. We don't need to see your butt hanging out of your pants. Very unprofessional and unsightly. Do better with your dress code Walmart. Have some respect for yourself and your customers. I understand that it's a fashion trend, but we don't need to see Uranus when in the meat department! Unsanitary and unsightly. Fix it please.

Associate Kelly very friendly, helpful and pleasant. She always is whenever I happen to go through her check stand. If all employees were like her would be a great asset to the store for shopping experience from customers

I came for an oil change and it was done quickly. The staff was friendly. I shopped later and was pleasantly surprised by the inventory and variety of products. Will definitely come back for home goods or other items.
