Walmart Supercenter

I went to Walmart to buy a cell phone, because it is the cheapest place, leaving Stockton and going to Lodi. To my surprise, the section employee didn't go to work today, and I ended up watching ships. Boring and uncomfortable situation.

The store has everything from appliances to accessories and everything in between. A good place to buy things for home projects for school projects. You can also buy all of your foods and snacks here. bathrooms inside free and handicapped parking as well as wheelchair accessible.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Sophia, a cashier at Walmart. Her exceptional customer service stood out during my recent visit I had a small issue during my recent shopping trip to Walmart, but thankfully, Sophia was there to help. She was quick to understand the problem and found a solution right away. I really appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile and make sure I left happy!!!

Terrible experience trying to do a propane exchange yesterday. The self‑service machine wouldn’t take my card, and the only “help” was someone yelling from the smoking area. I bought two exchanges inside, but no one knew how to actually complete the process. Five employees later, they refunded me instead of fixing the issue. Even the Team Lead told me, “I can’t help you with that.” Second time Walmart has failed to do a simple propane exchange. Completely unacceptable.

In all honesty, the Trinity location has made massive improvements recently. They removed most of the self checkout machines and re opened most of their regular checkout lines. From what I've seen, everything is moving much faster and more efficiently. It's honestly refreshing. Definitely recommend coming her!
