Walmart Supercenter

I had to share my run in with Santa and the Mrs. 🥰 This Walmart is conveniently located and has what you need most of the time. I took down 1 star because I got my oil changed here and they did not put air in my tires, but made note that they did. I checked to levels prior to dropping it off. I needed them to do this for me as I'm having back issues.

I was in the store 2/27/26. When checking out, I was shocked when I could not tap. I do shop on line but if I'm there in person I'll make sure I pay with cash. Tap is much safer then swipe or insert. Any date as to when checkouts will be updated with tap?

Gaby went over and beyond. I had previously ordered two swivel chairs online and they were supposed to be delivered the next day. The chairs became “un available” or were out of stock. I was immediately on the hunt to find the same chairs in the wichita surrounding areas. Gaby over at 21st and Maize Pickup was amazing and so helpful. She made sure the chairs were in stock for me, put them on hold for me, helped me pay for them when i came to pick them up in store, and loaded them all up for me in my car. thank you Gaby and the Walmart team!!!

I just moved here from Colorado. Love that fact you still allow plastic bags here. Colorado its just paper or reusable bags, I don't like using either one. I also like it that here in Kansas you trust your customers and don't have someone at each door checking your receipts. PLUS the store was organized and clean, along with the employees being helpful and friendly. Sadly, all the handicap carts were not charged.

The bakery used to be good but over the last few months, the selection has gone down hill. Nothing but off brand items which have a “Best if used by” date of the day of or after purchase. However, if you’re looking for cookies, there are 20 or 30 types to select from. I wish whoever orders for this department would go back to the merchandise offfered earlier this year.
