Walmart Supercenter

On 2/28/26 I left a bag at the self checkout register on Hanes Mill Rd, Winston Salem, NC and didn’t realize it until I got home. I called the store for 6 HOURS STRAIGHT and no one picked up the phone at all. I did the same thing again the next day 3/1/26. Finally I called the Walmart Ethics complaint line and was told “this is unacceptable and we’d look into it.” I don’t drive and have to take a Lyft/Uber everywhere. I called the complaint line again today 3/2/26 and they tell me go to the store, they can run th cameras back to verify your statement and if it’s proven you left it there, they can allow you to get the items as long as you have your receipt. WELL, I get to the store and explain everything to the manager but she proceeded to tell me they don’t have the ability to check the se

Normally 5 star for delivery. But 2 orders in 2 days BOTH show delayed. And snow is on the way. Perhaps, stop taking online home delivery orders if manpower is short. And better communication. An email at 11 p.m. last night informing me that my order which was due between 3 and 5 would need to be rescheduled. Instead, this morning, I placed a 2nd, almost identical order, requesting 3 hours or less delivery time. It's 7 p.m. and BOTH orders show in process. Again a text or email informing me that you can't fulfill would have been the proper move. Very disappointed.

Im giving it a 2 because I went to self checkout, it wasn't working and wouldn't allow me to pay, and the girl that was supposed to help was too busy on her phone. After waiting for a few minutes I said screw it and went to a register. the cashier I had was rude. She rang up one of my items twice and wasnt going to say anything about it. When I confronted her she said "I cant fix it" while pushing the receipt at me, frustrated at me because she added 23$ extra dollars to my order.... Customer service gave me my money back and the lady working at customer service was super helpful.

This location has definitely done a complete 360 over the years, in a good way. This is, hands down, the best location in Winston in terms of a Supercenter. The other locations immediately put me in a bad mood with their poor customer service. Great job here!

The staff today doesn't deserve a one. I tried my best to get to the other side for a riding cart stopping I started getting short of breath the dude slowly goes over to get the riding cart never comes back. I'm dealing with broken knees and back so my back starts bulging so bad I had to embarrass myself to the bathroom so I can sit down. You don't have to worry about me I won't come in this store. People should care about the disabled I've been homeless for 2 years and this store ranks the lowest on my first visit. What a broken heart this store gave me.
