Steve Williams took my call about 4:30 pm. I needed a service call as the A/C had stopped running. He took the call and came within 30 minutes to our home in Milton. The motor on the air handler had quit. He had a new motor early the next day and researched that it was under warranty, unknown to me. Within 45 minutes we were up and running. What really stood out we his expediency for a 1st time customer. This was important as my wife had just been discharged from 13 days in the hospital. Steve was prompt, efficient, very fair on cost and even made friends with our curious dog. Problem solved, happy customer.

These guys are awesome. Bought a/c - heat pump from them several years ago. Very prompt when you need them for questions or service. Have recommended them to my family and they use them also. Everyone of the technicians are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.

Steve came right out for a free estimate, and answered every question I had concerning my unit. He spent way more time than he had to, just to make sure I was fully informed before he left. He even played with my dog and gave him a treat!

Came out and fixed a bad contactor. Came out right on time and did great work! Walmer made sure there were no other issues with the unit. Definitely the best price in the area by far.
