Outstanding service. Travis came out and fixed our failed lift pump with electrician. I find Travis/Walnut Grove the company to be very responsive and willing to help and problem solve. Can’t thank them enough for outstanding service!! We had another issue. The alarm and lift pump were wired on same circuit breaker. This was fixed and wifi notification alarm system was installed. Travis and his electrician were able to get it done. I feel very comfortable with them. They did a great job.

They were very professional. Gave me a date when they would come out to put in a new septic system, including a new drain field. They were here first thing in the morning on the day scheduled. They took care of all the details, such as dealing with the health department, electrician, plumber and anything else that came up. The guys in the crew were very knowledgeable and friendly, and answered any questions that we had. The job is done and looks great! We would definitely recommend Walnut Grove for your next excavating project.

After hearing from neighbors who had a good experience with Walnut Grove, we chose them to completely tear down, reconfigure and replace a very sizable retaining wall. I was pleasantly surprised, I called and got the " please leave your name, number and a brief message..." bit. Reluctantly left my message expecting NOT to hear back from anyone for several days. Not the case, I received a call back in minutes, and was surprised to order and have it delivered by the next day! That is unheard of these days! The price was amazing and I got exactly what I wanted, where I wanted it to be placed. Now that is service with a smile. All that and they were respectful and patient with me.
