Walpole Outdoors - Morris Plains

We have used Walpole Outdoors for a new mail box and post as well as a new light post and light fixture. Both matched our taste and the buying process was easy as there were many on display. Where Walpole really differentness itself is the quality of the installation team. Let's start with a warm greeting that each team started with. Then onto how clean they were (dealing with dirt) and knowledgeable from start to finish. The worksite was spotless and the post's and the mailbox look great!

Worked with (Jeff) Walpole to purchase and install 9 identical pergolas for our condominium community. Sales process went well and we were especially pleased with level of detail and professionalism that went into the measurement, site-prep, and installation process! Excellent experience with this well-established vendor!

I have used Walpole on multiple occasions in the past and although prices were higher than other fencing companies, the product quality and installation was always excellent. However, I’ve relocated to another home and hired Walpole to install the same gate/arbor I had in my previous home. When digging the post holes, they nicked and broke my electric wires to an outdoor shed. They said they would cover it and then retracted their agreement to cover the costs to repair the wiring once I had an electrician to quote the repair. I should note that the cost to repair was reasonable. The workers were sloppy and blamed my first fence company for the damage. They removed pavers and didn’t put them back the way they were. I had electricity for my shed before they installed and now I don’t.

Our new backyard pergola looks beautiful and we are very happy with the way it came out. Our designer, Jeff, and the install crew were very knowledgeable and professional. Overall an outstanding job and highly recommended.
