Walpole Outdoors - Warwick

Walpole of Warwick installed a pretty extensive picket fence, gates, arbors, pergola for my outdoor kitchen and a small shed. It has weathered two harsh seasons so far - excessive snow and excessive summer heat. No problems. There were some minor adjustments and fixes needed here and there but both Matt Sidla and Margaret Arel Charon were very responsive and took care of it. Yes they are expensive but they deliver a quality product.

This company charges PREMIUM prices and delivers HORRIBLE quality. They installed rusted hardware, tried to pass off pine as cedar, and didn't use correct fasteners for the clapboard. These pictures show what happened to our shed, that cost us more than $20,000, after the recent storm. You would be better off with Home Depot. This is an example of the worst workmanship and misrepresentation in our area. It doesn't get worse than Walpole. THIS IS AN UPDATE: Walpole showed up to reattach the clapboards that blew off in the storm. They were supposed to use new wood and not the old pieces that were full of holes. They used the same damaged wood except for a couple of newer pieces that were missing (because I had put them away). Unfortunately they didn't use enough nails and as you can see fro

Bought two lamp posts the other day and worked with Rebecca and Meg. They were both wonderful, especially Rebecca who’s helped me in the past with my mailbox. She’s thorough, friendly and informative, even carried the huge boxes out to my car. Love Walpole. Will be returning to the Warwick store over any other location.

I visited store, picked out products, and ordered a mailbox and lamp posts online. Customer service and product quality were excellent. Now I am doing an outdoor project and Matt visited my house to measure and give me advise. My Walpole experience has been excellent.
