Walsh Custom Surfaces, LLC

Our experience with Walsh Custom Surfaces was smooth from start to finish. We had the opportunity to go see the slabs at their shop, and it was great to be able to see full size pieces rather than just a sample. The prices were fair and the work was timely and of good quality. There was one small issue with measurement, but it was quickly remedied with little delay. I would definitely recommend them.

So easy to work with and very reliable. We had a problem with the cut for our sink faucet which prevented us from having water all weekend, they came and fixed it on their day off! Great company and good people!

I have been waiting for Walsh to complete my kitchen and bathroom project since April 11, 2023. I was told that I would need to do a small repair to the bathroom wall upon completion. Unfortunately they left a 5 inch hold in the wall and told me I would have to repair the drywall before they could finish. I had no luck getting someone to do the repair. Also the seam in the kitchen is very visible and you can feel the difference in heights between the 2 pieces. I am still waiting to hear from the Walsh people. I am so disappointed.

I am very very unhappy with Walsh. The people are very nice and the installers were excellent, but the slab of granite I ordered from their shop, was not the slab that was installed. I specifically asked the lady multiple times if the slab that I picked on site was the slab I would receive and she said yes. She stated that I could go to Ridgeville and pick out another slab if I didn't like the one in their shop and I stated that wouldn't be necessary. I wanted the one that was there. The granite I got was primarily brown. The one I picked was mostly grey. I took pictures of it. After talking to the lady at Walsh, I was told that the slab I originally picked was already spoken for when I picked it. I was NEVER told that.
