We switched to this company a few years ago after another local company carelessly sprayed into our farm animals drinking water and caused them to die. Walter Salazar pest control has been absolutely great to us, and we have always had phenomenal service. We’ve had 2 different techs in all the years we’ve been using Walter Salazar and they are always so kind, respectful with us and our property and knowledgeable. We have never had bug issues because they keep them away! Anytime we need any extra add ons the girls at the office are very easy to work with and scheduling. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing pest control services!

Elijah Watson, the technician who came to my home, was outstanding. He was not only professional and courteous but also very knowledgeable. We were loyal customers of Walter Salazer Pest for about 3 years and had been happy with the service—until recently. In September, our Ring camera showed curbing damage that occurred right when their technician was parked next to it using a ride-on spreader. When we brought it to the owner’s attention with video and photos, he completely denied any responsibility. We let it go at the time, but during their next visit in November, my wife personally witnessed the technician drive the machine over the curbing again. Mistakes happen, and I would have even split the repair cost 50/50 just to resolve things fairly, but the owner never made any effort to make it right. The lack of accountability and poor customer service have cost them a long-time customer.

I'm so impressed with Walter Salazar Pest Control! Since changing companies over a year ago, we haven't had any pest issues. Our technician, Jose, is very thorough and responsive. So glad we changed companies!
