In May 2023, Walter HVAC Services performed an installation of a new AC unit and furnace in my townhouse. When the winter season started, I noticed a strange smell while running the heating. It turned out Walter hadn't connected the furnace exhaust, leaving my household exposed to potential health hazards. It took him some time to stop by and fix the problem. Walter was great - he helped me resolve a plumbing emergency on a rental unit while I was 500 miles away dealing with another emergency. He was on time to an after hours call, side parts weren’t immediately available he worked with my tenant to figure out a schedule to resolve that worked for her, regularly communicated status with me on the repair over several days, resolved the issue to my satisfaction, and was reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend Walter and will definitely be looking to him for future needs.

Hands down Best HVAC Company that I have ever dealt with. I came home from vacation to a house that was 85°F. I called Walter that morning and by that afternoon he was servicing my system which needed a new capacitor and 2 pounds of Freon. I love his honesty and integrity, which is a rare commodity nowadays.
