Each time he gives me some good advice. Free advice. Most companies would have seized on the opportunity to send out a low-skill tech to solve an issue i was able to solve on my own. Even this time, he suggested we reach out to whoever installed our old system because they might be able to find parts to repair it. But with no contact info for the old system, I was ready to spend a few dollars and get a properly functioning filtration system and support. A few days later, that was done. A few weeks later, and my wife thinks i'm a hero!
