I hired Shawn for a partial roof replacement. The initial quote was $2,300. On the day the work began, he increased the price to $2,900 and said he would return later to complete it. I paid the full $2,900 upfront. Unfortunately, the job remains unfinished after more than two months of repeated promises to return, followed by no-shows and lack of response to calls/texts. He has not communicated for weeks despite my many attempts to follow up. The work that was done is poor and incomplete: - Flashing is unfinished and left exposed. - Wood is exposed and unpainted (doesn't match the house). - Holes were left in the siding. - He broke the solar panel on my security camera. - A cable was left dangling from the roof. - Nails were scattered all over the yard. -The roof still has a slight leak.

I cannot say enough positive things about Wando Roofing!!! The process of getting a whole new roof seemed kind of intimidating for me at first, but after Shawn the owner came over and took the time to explain everything clearly and offered a free estimate, then I decided to hire them. They showed up on time for all appointments, and the cost was low and affordable. The quality of their work is absolutely superior!!! They responded quickly to any issues. They cleaned up all the mess and debris very well. Wando Roofing has made this entire process rewarding and exciting (for me as the homeowner). The Wando Roofing team is fast and highly professional! They even went above and beyond to make sure I was happy by installing a new rain diverting piece for my back porch, and Ian their repair man

Charged us a $250 service fee to come out and put a blob of caulk on the roof. It didn’t fix the problem and after trying to get them back out for 2 week, texting, calling, and even reaching directly out to the tech, they aren’t going to come back. Beware.

After calling two other companies and not getting a response, I tried Wando Roofing. Shawn was at my house in less than half an hour. He assessed my roof problem and had a crew out to do repairs the next day. They did an outstanding job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From now on, I won’t call anyone else. I highly recommend them!

We recently had to replace our roof and had a great experience with Wando roofing. They were quick to come out and provide us a bid which was very fair and thorough. They started the work the next week and completed the entire roof in less than 48 hours. The crew was very professional and pleasant and they did an excellent job cleaning up the nails and debris in the yard when the job was complete! Highly recommended!!
