Wansley Refrigeration

We used Wansley to install a new wine chiller unit in our home a couple of years ago and were having trouble with it when the weather got below 35 degrees outside. They came a couple of times last year to address, but no luck. This year they sent Christian to our home to look at the situation to see if it couldn’t be resolved. I won’t know until the next time the temp drops if it’s been fully resolved; however, Christian took the time to explain what he thought was causing the problem and came back with a part which hopefully fixed it. In addition, Christian called a week later to see if the unit was still working properly, which it is. Tried to get them to come out for a routine check in April (before the heat wave) and they never followed up after I scheduled. Called them again yesterday for service after unit failed and was scheduled for following day. After nobody showed today or called by mid morning, I called. I was told they had someone out sick and wouldn’t be able to get to me. When I tried to talk to her about the pattern of non communication and that it would have been helpful to get a call from them, so that I could make other arrangements, she told me that I was being condescending and that she wasn’t the one who took my call the previous day. Why does it matter who took the original call? She kept talking over me and refused to hear or try to understand the feedback. My mother had them give her an estimate
