My experience with Bobby was mostly good! However, a contractor is only as good as the sub contractors who work for him ... so that's probably why there are mixed reviews here. Here's my experience: Bobby had a very good contractor do block for me and also did a good job of dirt work, gravel, and concrete for me. I can't give 5-stars because his backhoe crew got their signals crossed and dug my house's electrical trench in the wrong place and ended up ripping apart the underground electric service to an outbuilding, it was a stressful time, but they did their best to repair the damage and eventually got the trench in the right location.

Don't do business with them. I called every week for about 6 weeks waiting on a call back. I got charged for 190 feet of plumbing and it only took 95 feet . I was charged for a load of rock that never got delivered. But I seen in on the invoice and he removed the charge. Their block crew was drinking on the job and left empty beer bottles scattered over the yard. Went into my barn I found bottles there also. When they left, the block crew stole 2 hammers. But Bobby's lead man made that right. I made this review once before and was contacted by the owner and I was told by him he would refund me the difference in the plumbing cost so in good faith I deleted the review. But he has yet to make it right I don't like making a bad review but it needs to be made right.

I had my house removed last week. Then this week the same crew delivered my new home. Corey and his crew was amazing. They are very hard working guys. They started very early yesterday morning and was working well after dark to get my home completed. Everyone was very respectful to myself and family. I would like to thank each of them for doing a great job.

Erica Ward has been our point person from purchasing the mobile home to coordinating final setups and has been nothing short of a blessing. She has exhibited stellar customer care and personability! Definitely would recommend this business to other people.
