started for some reason earlier than 7am right outside my house on Saturday and made me move my car because they set up in front of my garage. Very disruptive. What would you all do pole work early Saturday morning…?

Unbelievably unorganized company. Comes onto properties, including into backyards without notice to resident of property, and doesn’t clean up the giant tree branches they cut so will cause damage to resident cars in windstorms.

I'm a rural letter carrier and truck 126 was blocking my mailboxes and I asked him to move. He told me that he was waiting for an inspector and didn't move until I called to complain. Horrible attitude.

It all starts at the top and in this case the top is a prime example of the employees lack of attentiveness and respect for people's property. Ward dug an 8 ft hole in my backyard to put a new pole in and left for a year. Took me 20 phone calls to xcel and anyone I was referred to call to get this hazard fixed. Then they decided to fly a helicopter in an easy access area close to my home claiming it was not accessible by normal means, which it was completely accessible by normal means, 75mph+ winds blowing everything around and blew pieces of furniture down a hill slamming into trees and shrubs and poles damaging them. Lance, who is up top apparently thinks he was there to witness what happened and has refused to do the right thing. What's the right thing? Replace the furniture or compensa

Ward Electric was the team who put our electric back on, after not having any for the past week, because of Milton, here in St Pete, Fl. These guys, after a week of 12-hour days and lousy sleeping conditions, were friendly, selfless and helpful, while completing the task at hand, quickly and efficiently. Then they were off to the next pole. Great representation of the company. We are ever so grateful! Maybe we'll see you next time...if there is a next time.😊🎃✌️🏝️
