I am not one to leave reviews but have had it with this company. I have been dealing with them since getting work done in July. It is now January and still dealing with the lack of communication, quality control, and craftsmanship of Warner. You cannot trust a 5 star review from them because they pay you to leave one and refer them. They have been to my house more than I can count after complaining and calling constantly to fix issues that they created. Beginning with rushing through my roof in a downpour without covering it up leading to water running down my walls and attic. They most recently came out to replace a rotted sill plate that was also missed by the team. They performed the work after me complaining and still did not do it right. Just had our roof replaced . It looks great!! It was an excellent experience Everyone at Warner is very friendly helpful and knowledgeable.. Thanks to Nate from sales for putting it all together and thanks to the crew who worked extremely hard in the cold to get it finished in 1 day. I would highly recommend Warner for all your roofing needs

We had gotten 3 estimates to replace the roof on our home AND garage (as well as gutters) and Warner was definitely the most reasonable for all that was included. Even though their sales rep was our first step to signing with them, he didn't try to "sell" us, or talk down to us. That part which we usually dread was seamless. When roof day came the workers protected our landscaping carefully, and we were provided aerial photos throughout the process so we could see what was going on. They finished it all in one day, no hidden surprises, and it was honestly a very good experience. When we had a few things we noticed after the project was done, Fernando (their excellent foreman) came by quickly to take care of the issues and made sure we were happy with the fixes. Great experience getting service. Workers are efficient, polite, quick, and do amazing work. A must use for roof replacement/repair. They keep you involved every step of the way. The staff was excellent throughout the entire process. Nate was a pleasure to work with—his presentation was accurate, well-informed, and thoughtfully tailored to our specific needs. Stephanie in the office consistently provided timely updates and communicated in a friendly, professional manner. Our project manager, Fernando, was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous, and his team completed the work efficiently and thoroughly. We highly recommend their services.
