Top-notch authorized Stihl dealer/servicer! In Cordele for a large tree job, and we needed replacement chains for the saws. So glad I found this place! The customer service was top-notch, and the pricing beat anywhere else we buy chains (including our local Stihl store and their customer loyalty "discount"). The specific replacement chains that I needed weren't in stock, so they built 4 to my specifications within about five minutes, and they were priced about $15 less per chain that what we normally pay. This will be our go-to store from now on, and well-worth the extra drive from Albany. Highly recommend!

Now known as WARREN OUTDOORS... Excellent hometown service. They sell premium Exmark machine, both commercial and residential. If they don't have the mower you need in their inventory, they get it on their lot for you very quickly. They service what they sell and even deliver and pickup your equipment. Their prices are fair as well. Very friendly, very cordial down home people that treat you like they would want to be treated. Makes me very proud to own an Exmark knowing these folks stand behind it.

I recently went in to Warren Outdoors and ordered a deep fryer (they did not have any in stock at the time). I had a big outing planned for July 4th. They told me they would have it in time for the 4th and they did. So, it’s Friday, July 4th, and I put my fry oil in the fryer for the first time. Shortly, thereafter, I noticed a small oil leak in the heating channel. This would put the fryer out of commission and I was in a panic on what to do. I contacted Jack Warren, who is the owner of Warren Outdoors. Keep in mind, this is the 4th of July and Warren Outdoors is closed. He said he had one that was put together, brand new, and that he would bring it to me within an hour. And he did just that! Saved my bacon! How is that for customer service!!!

Went in for some ammo and was baffled at the lack of customer service and the attitude from the owner was not very professional in my opinion. Your supposed to make people feel welcome not feel like they're not supposed to be there. It is not Evans Outdoors anymore sadly. It is now Warren outdoors.

Stopped by and bought some stuff on my way through Cordele. Nice people who actually care about waiting on you. Some sports shops that are around in South Georgia, who I won't name, can't even trouble themselves to answer the phone. Will trade with again.
