Great overall experience! Free estimate, got a very reasonable quote, and the installation was excellent--everything working as it should. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. Not pushy at all when it came to sales. We got two openers and keyless entry pads. Highly recommended.

Bad customer service unfortunately!! My name is Denny Knopf This is a generation family owned business. I have dealt with them through my workplace and personal use in the past. I always felt they were a strong knowledgeable and fair business! I recently needed their service and spoke with an employee and he was the only one at the store at the time. Their employee was extremely polite! I asked him what the parts would cost so I could pay immediately and take them that day. He then told me if I would bring him back the parts that I have since he felt they could be reused, he would consider the new parts a wash! I told him that was a great deal, and thanked him and would make sure to fulfill my end of the agreement immediately! I tried to fulfill my end of the agreement three different time

This is Denny Knopf. I just wanted to take time and respond to the review I posted a few weeks ago and the response I received from the owner. I would love for anyone that goes there to ask to see the video (if they haven't already altered it to make themselves look good in me look bad) and hear the audio. From the second I walked in the door the owner was already defensive and so was his secretary. They are acting like I came in there aggressive and mad to begin with and that is simply not true. I truly thought the owner would want to work with his customer in a mature manner and talk over exactly what happened.
