It is possible to provide a general eta when power goes down. 90 degree weather. Customer service people are cold and do not care. I asked about my frig and freezer - Customer service had no response. Not fair or kind. 70 years old and this company does not care. Eta's are possible.

What a surprise? The reviews are bad at wrecc? Never would have guessed that? Lol this company is predatory and trash, horrible customer service which i think it's scripted to be that way. How are they gonna try to charge me 10 days before the due date and then charge me a non return fee cause I switched banks and my bill wasn't due yet? Haha this is comical. They are just trying to capture fees it seems atm. Trash company if I had a choice I'd use someone else.

Power goes out even when there is absolutely no bad weather. I'm writing this review on 08-05-2024 while it is completely sunny outside and I am fed up because this has happened NUMEROUS times. And if there is bad weather? Guaranteed 99% chance you WILL lose power. It is absolutely ridiculous. Just because I live outside city limits (barely) shouldn't mean I should receive subpar service. I have seen the amount of customers they have and the large amount of area they service. They certainly have enough money to modernize their equipment and hardware. I guess they just care about pocketing the money and doing the bare minimum for their customers. We have lived in this location for 30 years and it has always been this way and I am fed up with it.
