I am very pleased with my new furnace from Warstler Heating and Cooling. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the best furnace for our needs. Installation was quick and the installers did a great job. They were very polite and professional. I appreciated how respectful they were of our home. I would definitely recommend Warstler for their excellent service at very affordable prices.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about Warstler Furnace. It is bitterly cold in Ohio right now, and I came home late at night to a house that was 66 degrees (we keep it at 72). When I turned the thermostat up to 75, it somehow got even colder—and the furnace was blowing cold air. At 10:00 PM, I called Warstler Furnace. They answered and patiently walked me through checking the furnace step by step. Thanks to their guidance, we were able to get the warm air blowing again without waiting until morning. Who does that at 10 PM? Knowledgeable, calm, and genuinely caring people. If you want honest, responsive service from people who truly know what they’re doing, this is the company to call. Highly recommend.

Great guys! Joe is very responsive! Cody is a great technician and thoroughly explains everything during maintenance appointments. He even waited to let me call my husband to make sure that all of our concerns were covered. Great company!

We called after hours and left a voicemail regarding our air conditioner that stopped working. We were called promptly the next day and had a technician out the same day. Very friendly & knowledgeable technician and just over all great service! Our house was cool in no time! We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends and family!

Joe and his installation crew were excellent . Our air conditioning went out on a weekend and he had the air conditioner replaced in a few days after my initial call. He also brought out two portable electric air conditioning units for my daughter’s rooms upstairs to make sure they were comfortable. Not to mention they had the best price around and best warranty . Very pleased with the service and quality of the installation.
