Incredible experience! I needed help fast. Called first thing and was greeted by someone who matched my urgency and immediately started assessing my situation. Lily scheduled me a technician quick and he was on-site before I could even get there. Rodger was an experienced and super nice, so I followed him around while he worked and he divulged helpful tips and reccomdations to prolong my equipment and keep cool. Luckily I had an easy fix and it was such a common problem they stock the parts on the truck. He was in and out within the hour. Wasatch was a hero in a crisis and now my only choice for emergencies and regular maintenance! Can I give 10 stars!?

The professionalism, the work and the service is all top class. The company is a family owned business and they treat you like your family. The owners and the employees actually reach out and communicate to make sure you are understanding whatever the project is. In a world with mainly corporate institutions and just do the bare minimum Wasatch does just the opposite and delivers high end service woth a personal touch. Can't say enough about this team and would recommend them to anyone looking to work with a great team!

Wasatch were recommended by my AC maintenance guy Mike Banks for them to replace my old air ducks and add new returns (that my house did not have) on all rooms for better air flow. THIS was back in June 2024! These folks were, on time, very professional, and I do see a difference in air flow from new ducks plus returns that were added. Price was right! They were friendly and cleaned up everything before they left. I had another company add new insulation afterward, and even they noticed the great job and complemented the work. I would highly recommend these folks for this type of work. Thank you guys, please keep up the great work as is rare now a days to find good people who manage companies.

I had a hard time getting someone to come out to me because my a c wasn't functioning correctly. I spoke to Lily, the wife of the husband and wife family owned business. She was very pleasant and professional. She immediately sent her husband ,Rudy ,over to help me. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got the job done efficiently being no less than a consummate professional and easy to like kind of guy. They helped me where nobody else would and they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of AC or heating repair.

I came upon Wasatch Cooling and Heating by accident. Rudy was serving my neighbor’s HVAC. I glanced into his truck. Everything was well organized and the truck was exceptionally clean. I got Rudy’s card when he was leaving my neighbors’s home. Calling his office I spoke with Lily. Lily set up a date for Rudy to come and service my HVAC. Rudy arrived on time, in fact a bit early which was fine with me. He inspected my unit opened the panels and cleaned and checked everything. Then outside he went cleaned and washed down the unit. I was so pleased that I agreed to a service contract. Rudy comes twice a year and does the same great work as he did on his first visit. I had a problem one day.
