Jake did incredible work and finished quickly! We haven’t had professional pressure cleaning since 2019, but Jake made the process smooth and easy for us. We had new furniture being delivered over the weekend and Jake was able to perform an entire property clean on a Saturday morning! He was on time and thoroughly explained the work he would do and walked the property with us upon completion. We are so happy with his work and will recommend everyone uses Wash Docs.

Jake and his team are very serious about their work and are true professionals. He did a superb job with my roof, I’m thinking of having him come back to seal my patio. I was at risk of receiving a fine from my HOA for grime and dirt on the roof and Jake came in and got me right up to code. Hasn’t looked this good in 10 years!

Jake was very professional and always cleanes up after. I manage multiple estates and he is my go to Guy for all cleaning and sealing. I neve have to ask him for quote as his prices are very competitive and always gives great prices.
