James came out the very next morning after we had called to help my husband and I with our washer. He was extremely professional and punctual. He gave us his honest opinions based on 30+ years of experience and even gave us a great deal on top of everything else he had already done for us. Great guy and great business!

I called James late on a Friday evening to schedule a repair. He came out the next morning to drain my washer that had locked up and explained to me thoroughly what was wrong (bad motor pump, etc) and that I should save money and purchase a new washer given the age and problems with the unit. He even removed components on the old washer that I could sell to recoup some of the money lost. Upon completing the job, he helped me remove the old washer from my house and gave me a great price for the service he provided. His services were excellent and I’d recommend him for any work you need done.

I couldn't find anyone to come install my new front loader washing machine, called the Washer Wizard and was willing to come in 2 days. He also told me the problem with my machine was probably the shipping bolts on back of washer. Sure enough that was the problem. I Thank you so much for info to save me money. I would recommend the Washer Wizard to everyone.

Came to my house to fix my washer was very fast and efficient and had Parts in stock had my machine fixed within an hour will call him again if I need to reasonably priced compared to everybody else around here
