Several times when requesting dispatches for technicians “on-call” to come out for emergencies at my facility, no one shows up. When I call the dispatch line each time to see what has happened/why no technicians came out for the emergencies at my facility, I am always told, “they’ll give you a call when they arrive”… 12+ hours into emergencies at a facility, this is not a reliable service to depend on. W.E.T has also been late on chemical deliveries to my facility as well. Additionally, their accounting/billing department, when wanting to pay invoices are backlogged and haven’t even got to prior month of invoices for transactions to be paid up to date. The technicians are usually very knowledgeable, but the overall organization and workflow for processes is below sub-par.

Adam was awesome! I reached out for help rewiring my washing machine after seeing a company truck on the highway and although it wasn’t in the realm of this business, Adam was so kind to refer me to “the best electrician he knows.” - Thanks again!
