The install was flawless and the installer was such a kind hearted, friendly guy who I had a great conversation with. After ordering the wrong wall block Richard made me pay for the wall block all over again so he could get the right one. Therefore I paid for wall block twice. And he said he would reimburse me when the new ones came in and he picked up the old ones. He was rude unprofessional and at the end of the conversation called me back later from my personal phone and proceeded to tell me he was Going drag me through hell and back.they are crooks and don't belong in business. To me they don't seem like they know very much about the products they're selling and he even called me a liar telling me that I Didn't talk to him yesterday when I talked to him..
