Our old hot water heater broke, and they got someone out to our house the very next morning for a replacement. Dewey was super nice, super professional and worked fast to replace our whole setup in just a couple hours. We had a problem that water in our bathrooms and kitchen was not coming hot enough and the issue was with the mixing valve. Other businesses were quoting double the amount and not guaranteeing their solution will fix the issue. Tom was excellent. He was quick to diagnose and recommend a solution, and then proceeded to do the fix, all within about an hour. We are very happy with the results.
