WASTE CONNECTIONS OF MISSOURI - ST. LOUIS

Service used to be great, but likely ~2mth the pickup has been a mess. Entire street is lined with stray garbage that doesn't make it into the truck. Full garbage bags were dropped and left in the middle of the street. I live on a cul du sac so the driver definitely saw it to drive over or around it.

Paid them money in advance as I just moved into my new home and initiated service. They completely skipped my first pickup after I did absolutely everything I was told to. Now I'm buried in garbage for a week (or more) until they figure it out. Not a good start for a business relationship. I got home from work at 6pm on Friday and everything is closed for the weekend. There are zero solutions for accommodating my garbage problem in a timely fashion with this company as of right now. I'm upset.

Terrible experience with Waste Connections. I've had to report a missed pickup of yard waste at least once a month for several consecutive months. Even then, it's a toss-up (at best) that they come by to empty your containers after that. It's as if Waste Connections doesn't expect you to use the service, so they expect you to make special arrangements after the fact to receive the service for which you've already paid! I'm writing this on a Friday and am again staring at the yard waste cans I put on the street on Tuesday night. Sorry, neighbors, I've tried! When you call to report those same issues, expect a token apology but no willingness to give you a credit or a refund. Never mind that they aren't providing the service you paid for. Or that you're unable to use your containers today

The service used to be good. Has completely gone downhill in the last year. They do the bare minimum if even that. Missed deliveries and completely unreliable. If you have anything out of the can you can forget about them picking it up. The pick up drivers use their forks to ram your stuff out of the way leaving a mess of trash to blow around so they can just get to the can and ignore the additional items.

Unreliable. After skipping a week they letting trash build up, only emptied the bin and left the rest. Haven’t even picked up neighbors
