Watchman Waterproofing

I am shocked Watchman waterproofing reached out asking for a review. But I’ll Be honest… The system they installed INSIDE is great, haven’t had a single issue in nearly 8 years since it was installed. The system OUTSIDE which take the water away from the house has been a disaster. First they installed a closed system (meaning no ice guard) so the amount of pressure in the pipe caused it to crack fairly quickly. But they came out and fixed it so again credit to them. Then we started getting severe backup outside my house (not in my basement) to the point I had to cut the pipe and run a hose to get the water away from my house. We had our basement waterproofed in early 2025 and later added a battery backup system to our sump pump. Amanda at Watchman was extremely helpful anytime we had questions or needed to schedule. Watchman was prompt in their responses to us and in scheduling work. Watchman waterproofing installed my French drain a few years back. Wish i installed this 20 years ago. I had them out for maintenance. Their employee Victor is amazing. He’s polite, explained everything he did . Made a few great suggestions. Thanks Victor.
