I use a home maintenance company. I realize that people don't want to work. The first job they did was great and I got a few tips on how to maintain my pool. My salt chlorinator went out and I was told they would get to me in 2 weeks on 5/2. Today is 6/16. I called more than once and the company called and was told that I had been contacted, and I had not, so I waited 1.5 weeks, before I followed up. The issue I have is not about people not wanting, I understand that , but communicate with the customers after calls are left if there are going to be delays. Now today I get the speech let me tell you our problems... find someone else. Customer Service is talking to your customers and not ignoring them.

First I have been using them for about 3 years. Yes I know there are other customers and call i get on list. Overall they are very professional and great people. I biggest problem is the turn around of the people they hire but they train them and let them out out doing cleaning and getting your pool into shape. I had a leak and the owner came and fixed it. They put my cover on and take it off and clean and fold. Other than they come to fix one problemand I have told them everything I want done then the people they send can't fix it then owners show up and I'm charged for two service calls. I don't like that. And the guy they hired was stealing things, the owners didn't know he was stealing and sleeping on the job till they were told of it. People don't want to work, they get what they get.

I used Water & Pool years ago to replace a liner at another home I owned so I called them for my current residence. Biggest mistake ever. The liner looked like the staff had never installed a liner before and the owner has never completed the job or even come out to see how bad the job is. I also found out after the job was complete that the company does not warranty their workmanship, so I have wasted a lot of money and will have to have another company redo what they messed up. Zero stars is what this company deserves.

How can I begin? This business had an employee who would break things or steal them around our pool. My mom would replace the things, of course. She had no knowledge of this until another employee told her. She continued with this company anyway. My mom passed away in Feb, 2016 and she stilled owed them money. I paid part of the bill but did not pay the remaining. The receptionist/accounts payable left voicemail messages but we never check the messages on our home phone. I know it's my responsibility to pay the balance on the account. However, one of the voicemail messages stated "This is Water & Pool Solutions again. Your mother would be rolling over in her grave if she knew you did not pay this bill.". When I called to confront the woman she tried to apologize..I'm having such a

Though we encountered several equipment and repair related delays (entirely my fault. I was slower than anticipated with DIY repairs & prep work),the company was very understanding and accommodating . The employees were courteous, efficient, and professional. We are very pleased with their workmanship. I would recommend Water & Pool Solutions to anyone. Thanks guys. Outstanding work!!!
