We had an amazing experience working with Chris. She listened to exactly what we wanted in our pool design and made the process as easy as possible. This was a big project and Chris made herself available at every turn to answer questions, listen to feedback, and communicate on the progress of the pool. We had other projects going on at the same time and Chris managed to navigate and help with the coordination so that all work could get done in a timely fashion. The work itself was superbly done, her team worked efficiently and effectively - we are pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the build. Absolutely incredible experience working with Chris! Our pool build was finished in 2 months and 2 weeks and was truly a painless process. Chris was incredibly efficient at communicating and asked all the right questions to understand my vision/design. She was over at least 2-3 times a week to check on the progress and keep us on track. We met with several companies before deciding to use Water Creations. We had a smaller budget and wanted a simple, smaller pool. Larger companies were not interested in working on a smaller project, and we were basically told what we wanted couldn’t be done. Chris didn’t bat an eye when we gave her our budget and was great to work with. She was patient and helpful with the design process, and all of the her contractors were great. I can’t say enough good things about the process. We LOVE our little pool!
