Had a great experience with Water Damage Inc. We had a toilet overflow on the main level and a lot of water coming into the basement. John answered my call late Saturday night and was at my house 45 minutes later to assess the situation. He quoted me at a very reasonable price compared to the first quote I got and he had his guys Alex and Alex come out to handle the damage mitigation. They were very friendly, professional, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Will definitely use Water Damage Inc again in the future.

They walked me step by step through the process of what I would need to do to see our townhome fully restored from the water damage it sustained. John Fincham and his team of Alex1, Alex2, and Eduardo did a great job. They were able to adjust to our schedule as well as doing the additional work in damaged areas that we had not discovered on the first inspection. They were very careful to contain the dust and mess. They removed the damaged material out the back door rather than going on our hardwood floor, even though it required extra steps. They also were very meticulous to vacuum and wipe down all the surfaces when they were done. They did everything we asked them to do and did it well. I highly recommend them.
