11/10 recommend this company. Jose and Nikki were a huge help when it came to repairing our home from water and mold damage. It all started in July ‘23 when I noticed mold in our ceiling we went through the process of insurance claims, repairing and taking advantage to do some remodeling. These type of situations can become pretty stressful but Jose was super helpful when it came to the restoration and Nikki was super helpful when it came to the insurance claim. Our house was done in September and it looked beautiful. BUT 3 weeks after we had moved back in, our water heater decided to give up on us and leak water into our house and we had to go through the process again. Worked with this company in the past to repair a leaking shower which turned into a full master bathroom remodel, they did fantastic work and even honored a warranty item on failed grout a year later with no hassle. So when our roof leaked we gave them a call again. I don't have any pictures of the demo but it was massive, removed the drywall from the 3 car garage and front room and ceiling, along with some mold remediation. The pictures are the after product along with a lighting addition to our kitchen, again they were responsive, worked hard, and flexible with my insurance claim. Will be using them again in the future if we are unlucky lol.

Renovating someone’s house after a flood can be a stressful experience, especially when needing to work with insurance, and Water Damage Professionals is a trustworthy, professional, and outstanding company. Nikki is a professional, valuable and shining gem! She is the reason I first decided to work with this company. She is organized, knowledgeable, and follows through on all tasks. We renovated our entire downstairs, including changing kitchen layouts and size of shower, etc, and they were willing to work with us through every single idea until it’s what we wanted. I would rate Water Damage professionals 10 stars if I could!!! My house suffered a significant water damage event, my insurance company referred me to Water Damage professionals for the mitigation and restoration. I've never in my like had any insurance claim. Nikki and Jose skillfully helped me navigate the experience, from start to finish everything was top notch, each and every crew that came in was excellent, very professional and extremely polite. Their work is top notch, my house is now put back together and better than new! I highly recommend Water Damage professionals In fact my daughter and son-in-law were so impressed with them they will be contracting them for a small remodeling project.

Great customer service!! Jose and Nikki, were very helpful with all my questions and needs. Damage Water Professionals went above and beyond to meet my expectations during the restoration process. Tha painters did an amazing job with attention to every detail, and most importantly in a timely manner. My walls look exactly like before. I just couldn't be any happier. They deserve more than 5 stars !!
