My Koi pond Filter exploded two days before I was deploying to the Middle East. George talked me through getting the pond stable and keeping the fish alive while awaiting repair, assisted me in shopping for the best possible replacement, and then got it installed all in time to save every fish. He did this all while I was in the Middle East, working with my wife and around my kids and my dogs, and just made everything super easy. He has since followed up to make sure everything is good and offer help if we need it. Honestly the best customer service I’ve experience from a company like this. Give them your business. Water feature pros did a great job to re create our waterfall feature. It looks better than our old water feature that was destroyed by the flood and it cost a third of price. We are extremely pleased !
