Water Quest

A quick update on my original review. Tim helped me wrap up the redo of my kitchen, first capping the plumbing, then coming back and installing the new sinks, faucets and repairing an outdoor PVC spigot that had froze. Tim is just amazing. We partnered together on our investment property, redoing 6 &. 1/2 bathrooms. We basically replaced everything with new fixtures, valves, drains. Transformed out twelve year old bathrooms- what a face lift!! I really appreciated the opportunity to work side by side with Tim. It allowed us to complete the work in significantly less time with my assistance, helping both Tim and me. Giant endorsement for Tim!!!!

If you need a plumber, you need Water Quest! OUTSTANDING customer service, QUALITY work and FAIR price. We lost our well pump to flood from Hurricane Michael. Pete got a new pump & installed the same day we called. Even better, he had a great suggestion on how to raise the pump to decrease the risk of loosing the pump in future weather events and implemented it. Water Quest will get all of our plumbing calls in the future.

Called in evening - water pump sporadically on / off. Turned power off. Told me someone would be out the next morning. Tim came out, diagnosed problem and had it fixed quickly. Courteous, professional, prompt, expert and affordable service. Will use Water Quest for all future needs!

Unable to reach anyone by phone, it seems like the business has uses a cellphone, which there is nothing wrong with that, but at least setup a voicemail so that potential customers can call you back. I called the number listed on their website and texted the number and I have yet to receive a reply and this was a few days ago. Please update your contact details.

When you need a toilet, you need it now! It was fixed in less than an hour. That's from the time I called them. And you're dealing with experts!
