I am beyond grateful for the service and attention I received from Wendy and Alvaro while they addressed some blackwater flooding I was dealing with due to a plumbing issue. They really put me at ease and kept me informed throughout the entire process, which was great because I was a hot mess and in a panic being that I had guests coming over the weekend following the flooding. Alvaro, worked with me to ensure the flooding was taken care of before the birthday party. Both Wendy and Alvaro were super friendly and responsive from beginning to end, and they even checked in after the work was complete to ensure that I was satisfied with the work that was done. I used him a year ago or so, do not usually post but still think the public needs to know HE WAS HORRIFIC in the end! He won me over in the beginning with his charm but that ended shortly after he began the job. He left half the ac duct work removal for the ac company but charged as if he remediated it. He grossly over charge for putting a tarp on my roof saying it wouldn't affect my bottom line because he was billing my insurance but that wasn't so. By the end of the job, he was rude and belligerent. He would Not even return my house key!
