I had a waterpipe leak on my property. They came out to repair the leak but they dug up the wrong area and replaced the wrong pipe. They eventually did find the correct pipe and replaced it. The issue is they charged me double the labor, the actual repair on the CORRECT pipe did not take more than 8.5 hours to do (they included the charge for the work of the wrong area they dug up). I called Ed the owner to discuss the labor charge but he was very rude and unprofessional. He got very angry, shouted a generous amount of profanities towards me, interrupting everything I said, and hung up after said yelling.
