Water Street Parking Deck

It's a dark and confusing parking lot/ deck. Some spots are for permit only some are for non-permit. The signs are not very clear at all showing which ones are permit only. They'll give you a ticket so be aware. Show me the sign in this photo stating where I parked is permit only!

Very convenient parking lot with plenty of space, two levels. Convenient exit to any street, easy access to library, children museum, cafes through a pass between buildings. I wish they add electric car charging stations. Observe signs for permit parking, timed parking and Don't back in to stalls! The parking lot monitored frequently by police which make it safe!

it's a pretty nice parking deck it doesn't have meters anymore so that is really nice but you do need to pay attention to how long you park because they still have a meter maid. we found an awesome car there it's pretty much just like Julian's car from trailer Park boys but souped up a bit better without the hockey stick spoiler from J Rock. 😎

Very clean and safe parking deck. 4 hours of free parking that is enough to eat and walk around the area.

Historically convenient to many downtown businesses on slow days but you have to be vigilant for when the city arbitrarily changes 4h parking spots to permit only for events. The signs are not obvious and they will ticket you
