Very unfortunate. I was wanting to give them my business and unfortunately could never get anyone to call me back. Came in on Labor Day left my name and number with the girl at the front. No call back call the gentleman 2 Days later inquiring about a pool and to get a quote, he said "he would get with his install team". If This is how they run customer service on the front end I can only imagine the quality and efficiency of work.

If you are looking for a pool company that gives great customer service, please look no further. I needed a new pool filter, and from the initial call, to the final installation, Mike and his guys took care of me. Great communication and very friendly. His guys came out and installed my new filter and my pool has never worked better than it does now. They will be my go to for anything I need for my pool going forward. I highly recommend these guys.

I noticed a new pool place had opened near me, and after having heard enough about one and having dealt with the big place in town I decided “why not”. I met Gina and Shelby and we talked for a while about their roots as a business and their foray into Clarksville. Both ladies were super friendly. At the end of the visit I talked about wanting to install an electric heater/chiller. Gina and I looked over things and she gave me an unbeatable price for the unit and installation. Since they saved me a bunch of money I added having them open my pool to the list. There was one bit of miscommunication, but I blame myself for not being as specific as I should have been that first day. When the heater arrived we scheduled the install and electrical work. L&W installed our pool last fall. The process was straight forward, they had the options we wanted, and any hiccups along the way were handled professionally and taken care of in a timely manner. The pool was just opened and it looks great, and L&W gave us a book of everything we need to maintain it!

First time using this company and scheduling was effortless and they were good with working with the weather. I have to shout out Kudos to Shelby in the office she answered all my questions and made sure that we were taken care and schedulingwl work on my work time. I will use this company again.
