John is a very good guy.. very honest.. and friendly..when 2 other sprinkler companies said my well was dry and needed a new well for 8-10k, he said he will check it out first and found out that it was only a cracked pvc line.. he replaced it and it works great now.and also explains and shows you everything needed before he starts the job. he’s very knowledgeable on sprinkler systems and . I will not hesitate to recommend him for your sprinkler needs.. 5 star!!!

I do reviews based on MY own experience. And I'm honest which has gotten me one or two unhappy calls from contractors. Oh well. Water Works/John's reviews do not reflect my experience. John, while he may not respond right away AT TIMES, be patient. He is a one-man team. He does quality work WITH a smile, personality, respect, and an old-fashioned work ethic. I'm very happy with the experience I have had with him. I you are in a rush and don't have patience, call someone else. Otherwise, hand water your lawn if you can wait for him to get to you. Your dead lawn will come back with a little TLC on your part. Again, this is based on MY own experience. I will continue to use Water Works. Thank you, John.

I am writing to complain of the poor service I received from Water Works Irrigation. John never showed up on several occasions when I had scheduled an appointment. The one time he did show up he was several hours late for his appointment and offered nothing by way of apology. I left several messages and no return phone call. I repeatedly tried to ask John what would be the best way to work things out but he showed no interest in trying to fix the problem. I am most annoyed that I wasted days of vacation (3 days to be exact) waiting for John to show up. My impression of Water Works Irrigation has been tarnished, furthermore, John's inability to remain professional throughout the process. John's lack of communication and lack of consideration is irresponsible and unprofessional. Since th

John, does excellent work. He is a one person shop, doesn't answer the landline during the normal 8-5pm workday. He gets back to you after the days work he's already put in, so be patient. He looks for the best way to solve your issue, and is always polite.

It's about time that I review this company. I have had them open and close my sprinkler system for 7 seasons. They have also fixed my sprinkler system over all those years. I have called them on many occasions and have asked them questions. Each and every time I received knowledgeable information. Choosing this company was the best decision I could have made. Thank you.
