After 5 weeks with going to a big chain they were unable to clear my pool. Leslie and staff helped me clear my pool in 5 days, they made sure i used all my supplies i had on hand first and its perfect!!! Update went over the weekend cause the rain made it hazy and said just let the filter run! Never seen it this cleqr

Leslie and her staff including of course her repair techs are all fantastic to work with, we’ve started with Water Works just over 20 years ago when we first had our built in pool installed and first started working with Leslie’s parents and now Leslie. If you are looking for water testing and supplies or need something repaired or installed go and speak with Leslie or her staff they won’t BS you or sale you something you don’t need. Honest advise is why we’ve returned year after year.

I went in this location today for the very first time. I had a question regarding a product that I purchased on Amazon. A simple assembly question that could have been answered with a polite yes or no. However, the blonde woman (who may I add was smoking inside the store) told me that although she had lots of experience with the product she would not help me because I did not purchase it there. I simply said to her, "I was just wondering if you had any experience with this product." To which she replied, in a nasty, condescending, arrogant way, "I have lots of experience with that product but if you didn't buy it here I can't help you." I cannot stress enough how rude she was and how disgusting the inside of that store was. From what I understand it's illegal to smoke indoors but she does

I’ve been using the store since I moved into the area. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I didn’t know anything about pools/hot tubs before moving in and everyone at the store was more than happy to teach the basics of maintenance and care. Never felt pressured to buy/upgrade/use their products either. Great company, great staff, highly recommended

I visited recently and asked a question to the chain-smoking woman behind the counter, she was so nasty and rude I left the store. Is this how you treat potential customers? Not to mention violating state law smoking inside the business! If you value customer service this is not the place to shop.
