We used Watercourse solutions for a replacement Leach Field. Lucas and his team did a great job from start to finish. Communication was on point from day one, we never had a problem reaching out to him and he was in constant contact with us throughout the job as it progressed. He made practical suggestions throughout the job and went over and above to address problems that were unveiled during. Lucas and his assistant Nick did an outstanding job in installing a new septic system. All of the work was completed in a high quality and timely manner. He ensured that all of the requirements of the septic engineering plan were met. He was flexible in caring for items outside the scope of the project such as removing tree branches that blocked the use of his machines and repairing broken sprinkler lines. Highly recommended.

Can honestly say the quality of work and level of service provided by Lucas was the best that I have ever had. We found an issue with our Septic and Lucas came out, identified the issue, scheduled a time to fix. He came out on time and made sure that we were well taken care of. He then made sure to let me know that he stands behind his work and that he would take care of everything. He then proceeded to go above and beyond with fixing the issue and making sure our property was restored to its prior condition. In addition Lucas let me know about other services he provides particularly with regards to anything having to do with moving large amounts of soil. We will definitely be using Lucas for any future projects. I would happily recommend Lucas and Watercourse solutions.

Lucas replaced our septic system which was in title 5 failure. Once the plans were approved by the town he was onsite the next week to begin work. He did great job of getting the system installed in a timely manner and the finished product looked great. I also appreciated the call back from him several weeks later to insure that everything was functioning as it should.

Lucas has been responsive, reliable and fair with the excavating & grading work he has done. I appreciate his attention to detail while balancing project budget. His work leaves a lasting impression, and always better than expected.
