If you are a future customer, focus on the second half of this review. First Half is for the owner. We were rescheduled twice, they only have 1 technician is all of Osceola county. We waited almost 30 days to have the work done after receiving the quote. When you call the ladies who answer the phone are not very helpful and make you feel like there's nothing they can do to help. On the other hand, they are very fair in pricing. The quality of work is great and affordable. The drywall technician Hector is very knowledgeable and experienced. He did an amazing job and we could not be happier. If you don't mind waiting, we recommend Hector to repair your home.

I cannot say enough good things about Hector and company. I had a rather large job to be completed that took 3 days to complete. Hector was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave updates throughout the project. He identified potential issues and gave me counsel on how to correct them for the future. The job is completed and I am so happy with the work that was done. I will definitely be using and recommending PatchMaster for any future drywall needs.

Hector from Patchmaster did an awesome job putting up new drywall to repair damaged areas in our ceiling sustained from water damage. I had to reschedule a few times due to waiting on roof repair to get completed first however Hector was able to reschedule very easily for the week of. Had some initial issues getting someone out for the estimate, but they were great to work with and resolved problems quickly. Estimate was fair and very clearly explained in terms I could understand since I've never had this type of work done before. Communication and professionalism was great when they showed up to complete the work. Hope I never need drywall repair again but if I do I'll definitely be using PatchMaster again!
