While not completely satisfied with my results, I am not here to beat up on Alex but to give advice to future customers to avoid these situations. When discussing and sharing pictures of my results with Alex, I was informed there is a difference between house "washing" and house "cleaning." My understanding of the house washing process now is cleaning chemicals will be applied to surfaces and then removed with water under high pressure. Of note, there will be NO scrubbing/wiping of surfaces to address areas that may still not appear completely clean and water streaks/drip marks may remain on the aluminum after it dries (my trim is light gray in color.) Keep this in mind when determining whether this process is what will address your concerns. Alex also advised me of some exceptions listed

Alex did an excellent job. My deck looks like new. I also had him wash my house and extra garage & it's roof and they look wonderful also. Later he will be coming back to wash my pole barn and it's roof. I feel that his prices are very fair and he is very pleasant to work with. Thank you, Alex!

Alex did a great job and was very friendly! Alex cleaned our entire outside of the house including garage, back shed and egress window. He walked the house before starting and made sure everything looked good. We had mildew on our white trim, gutters, and front porch railing and now they look brand new! He washed all of our windows and front porch area, it’s just so nice to have all of the dirt and dust removed . I absolutely love it! He did an amazing job, the house looks better than I expected. I would highly recommend Alex to my family and friends.
