Waterman Building & Remodeling provided truly outstanding service when I had heavy snow and ice buildup on my roof that led to a leak inside my home. Their team was professional, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They did an amazing job cleaning the snow and ice off my roof, which prevented further damage to my ceiling and protected my home from what could have turned into a much bigger issue. What stood out to me was not only the quality of their work, but also how quickly and responsibly they responded when I reached out. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent craftsmanship with such reliability and care. This is a great company with great people—kind, trustworthy, and clearly proud of what they do. We cannot say enough good things about everyone at Waterman. We had a small roof leak after a storm and called Waterman Roofing to look and see what was going on. Phil who came out to look at it was great. He sealed around where it was leaking and we decided on a full replacement as it was older roof. Abby and Jenny at the office were so helpful and patient with me as I changed my mind multiple times on the color. They answered every one of my questions. James (project manager) and his crew who did the actual roof replacement were amazing!! James explained everything to us, showed us pictures of everything they found during the replacement. Great company to work with. This is the second time we’ve used them on two separate roof replacements. Phil who came out to price the job was very helpful. Got right back to us with a price and contract. The supervisor on the job, Rich, showed up early and went over all my concerns with me.Great guy! Rich,Corey, and Dan all were outstanding in explaining process, and the crew did great install. When all was done it was like they never were there. Cleanup meticulous. Very pleased with the roof color see pic, also the gutters were fit perfectly, and leaf guards look great. Would definitely recommend your company, as my sister-in-law recommended you to us.
